Very popular tomato chutney with a variation Tomato Chutney that goes well with Idli, Dosa, Chapathi, Poori or Rice..
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add Red chilli, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, ginger, garlic and saute.
2. Add gr chillies, tamarind, cashew nuts, curry leaves, hing and tomatoes. Add salt and cook well.
3. Add mint, coconut and cook for some time.
4. Now blend the entire mixture a little coarse and season it with tempering and enjoy the chutney.
