Poori is a round, puffed unleavened deep-fried Indian bread, commonly eaten for breakfast or as a light meal. Usually served with a delicious curry or bhaji.

Make the dough with flour, salt, sooji and water. Knead to make a tight dough. Cover with a cloth for 15 min to rest.
Knead the dough again and divide the dough in equal small round balls androll it as shown.
Deep fry in hot oil and press with a spoon to puff the poori.
