1. In a mixy jar add garlic cloves, fenugreek seeds, red chilli (soaked in vinegar) and some vinegar, peppercorns, Cumin seeds, Coriander seeds, Mustard seeds, Whole garam masala and add little bit of tamarind, pinch of turmeric powder, onions and make a paste. 2. Heat the water in a pan, in this add chicken and potato pieces put the lid on and let it cook for 10 minutes in a medium flame. 3. After 10 minutes know add prepared masala mix well and again put the lid on and let it cook for 10 minutes. 4. In this add tomato puree and salt cook this for few minutes. 5. Then add jaggery mix well and put the lid on and let it cook for 5 minutes. 6. Switch off the flame and serve this with rice.
